Pioneer XM radio- need info

Im planning on buying a XM radio from my friend which would go with my XM ready pioneer HU.

just a few questions, What components are required? Is it only the tuner box and antenna is all I need? How is it wired? I want to run all the wires and mount everything myself and only have the shop do the wiring to the deck so I was just wondering if theres anything in particular I should look out for? thanks

also Im looking for one of those low profile antennas to replace the massive one that he has. any options?

All you need is the tuner and the antenna. It should come with an IP-Bus cable that you connect to the back of your headunit and the tuner. If it dosen't come with a IP-Bus cable, it'll cost you 30 dollars to get one. And, you gotta go through Pioneer to get it.
