98 Bose Goo all over rear amps, no sound

My Bose radio and everything has been out of commission for a while, after it started crackling really loud from the rear speakers. Naturally I turned it off, and it would NOT turn back on. The rear amps after removal seemed to have an amber color ooze coming out the sides of the casing on the amp. It was hard like it had dried. Now i am trying to somehow get this to work, soooooo...

I changed the BOSE fuse which was blown. This solves the headunit problem, well kinda. It flashes wierd characters and doesnt always fucntion when you press the buttons, but at least its displaying something.

NO SOUND- but i think there is a little high pitch ringing tone.

Plug rear speakers back in- NO SOUND

Check other audio fuses and one in engine bay- NO SOUND

Unplug the ground from battery hope to reset it- NO SOUND

Any Ideas? They would be MUCH appreciated. Thanks For reading.
