Hi,
I have a '96 maxima GLE, pretty much standard, and wanted to add a tv screen and a receiver, but don't live in a really good neighborhood and am afraid someone will steal it. I'm looking for a hidden spot in the dashboard to place the screen in, but can't quite find it. Does anybody have any ideas?

If you had tint, It should be pretty hard to see.. but its a custom job, why not get a flip out that looked like a regular radio?

 

The receiver itself can be hidden like under the seat or something.
The screen? the flip out still draw attention. how about on the sun visor?

 

Why not put it on the passanger side in the space between the airbags, and glove box. Then have a plastic cover made to fit over the screen in the same color as the dash. My buddy had it done to his car like that, and couldn't even that was there until he pulls of the cover.

 

i had a buddy with a mustang who put screens in both the sunvisors.. it looked pretty cool..

 

You can do a flush mount like in the above picture.Visors, or a flip out. It all depends on your budget. First thing though is get a good alarm, and dont let your neighborhood decide for you whats going in your car.....

In Clifton, not far away from Passaic. I'm worried about whats going on on school's property, since I park on the street and 2 years ago my friend's car got stolen from the exact same spot.
My budget isnt limited though, up to 1k.

 

Also, what type of tv screen should I get?(to be placed between air bag and the shelf on passanger's side).
