Looks like it will be a fiberglass amp rack or some sort of equipment rack. Thats as it's being started.

Yep, definitely some fiberglass and resin in those two photo's. But nothing of distinction to relate the size.

hmmmmm maybe an amp rack for some certain persons car containing some certain amps....I have no idea, just guessing.

Those pieces of wood look to be no more than 12-15 inches across. How could an amp fit on that?
