Figure out system I want----Price Quote!
Hi,
I currently have BOSE and know a little about audio stuff, but I know I want to replace it. Recently I have been pretty much broke, so thats not gonna happen, but this summer I am going to be working more hours.
This is the "final" system I want:
-10" w7 sub in decent box
-JL 1000/1 amp for sub
-JL 500 amp for front components
-Good front components
-Decent rear speakers
-Good HU w/DVD player
-Dynomat
I can handle instalation myself with friends, so that will be free, but how much would I be looking to spend with these things?
Thanks,
Dan

hahah....yeah, dynomate is a definate. But anyone have ballpark ranges...I know it will be at least $2k (although I saw a w7 on ebay for $400 wich sounds good). Will it be closer to $3k, cause if thats the case, I'll probly just forget it and get a V2 supercharger...lol.

If you really want an estimate, then pick out each peice and look up MSRP on their respective websites. Then:
1. Add up the MSRPs, and then subtract 1/4 of the total for a decent estimate for purchasing at your local retailer. Alternatively, Crutchfield is a good place to look for retail prices.
2. Or, you can subtract more like 40% if you are only going to buy everything from online stores and eBay. It'll give you a rough estimate.
3. Or even easier is to go to an online store and put everything you want in your shopping cart and it'll total it up for you.
