okay, so i got the antenna adaptor, wire harness adaptor, alpine cda - 7893, and a car

my question is: how do i connect the new wire harness and the old one together? do i just strip the ends down and twist em together or do i have to crimp/solder them together? Thanks

 

match the colors up and crimp buddy. no need to solder. have fun

 

well the adapter harness u bought should just plug into the car's harness...the wire end of the harness should be solder/crimp/twisted w/ the harness coming out of the aftermarket radio...make sure u r not colorblind...if u are...hope u can make out the writing on the wire harness...
