power saving control??

Will watching my screen with the car off drian the battery and be bad for my car?? IF it is, what can i do to make it ok... is there some sort of power saving device i can get? thanks.

Install a deticated audio battery (optima Yellow top) with a switch that way once your audio battery drains flip the switch and the car will still start
