audio guru's please respond !

I'm installing 200watt pioneer amp with single 12" blaupunkt woofer using hugely "flamed" PAC SNI-35 ( just temporary )
The question is : should I tap after the rear speaker amp or before it ? or is it ok to try both ways and figure out which one sounds better ?
any info greatly appreciated !!!
V/R

You need to tap the wires between the amp and the speaker. This is so your converter can pick up the high-level (amplified) signal from the amps and change it into a low-level (RCA) signal for your sub amp. Don't even try tapping it into the wires before the amp, nothing good can come of it.
