91 SE-BoseStereo Problems - low right channel

I have two problems with my 1991 SE BOSE stereo.
1. The right front and back right speakers are lower in volume than the left speakers. I replaced the amps in all four speakers and they sound better but, the right channel is lower. Much lower.
2. The driver side front speaker cracks, hisses and squeals when the stereo is first turned on. It takes about 2 minutes for it to go away.
Note: When I replaced the back right amp the speakers was louder. But after a few hours, I think it blown and I had to put my old one back on. No I'm afraid to turn on my stereo until I get to the root of my problem.
Any suggestions?
