Installing complete system today.

Few questions.

1 - Best point to drill thru firewall and do I need to be careful not to drill thru anything important on the other side.

2 - Grounding amps. Ground them at the same point or just same length round wire is enough.

3 - Re-Use existing wires for front speakers or run new ?

any help will be appreciated.

thanx

don't drill...find an existing hole/grommet and use that as an entry point.

ground them at the same point

depends on what kind of power running to the speakers or sound you want. It is obviously more work to run new wires if you want/need them hope that helps

any help will be appreciated.

thanx

There is supposed to be a spot in the firewall near the wheel well to pull some wire through, but I like breaking things so I made my own and grommeted them. Drilled 2 holes by the brake pedal, there's a little panel on the inside, works perfect for the dual 4Gs. I also have my amps grounded at separate places, but to each his own.
