2 way or 3 way speakers?

I've chosen my new HU, the Kenwood Excelon KDC-X569, and I've decided to get new speakers too instead of using the OEM BOSE speakers with an adaptor. My question is this, is there really a big difference between 2 way speakers and 3 way speakers? I'm wondering if I should get the Infinity Kappa 63.5i's or if I should just save some money and go with the 2 way 652.5i's? Any imput is appreciated. Thanks.

Brian

I noticed a differance in my speakers. i have pioneer 3 ways in front and pioneer 4 ways in back. i originally had all 4 ways but the ones in front got messed up so i accepted 3 ways as an exchange. my 4 ways have higher power handling and give a nicer bass reponse. they also sound louder, i had to adjust the fade more towards the front so it sounded more ballanced. The highs sound somewhat similar but i would think the 4ways sound a tiny bit more crisper. It may all be an illusion since the 4 ways are on the deck and the 3 ways are way down in the door, where my legs can get in the way of the sound. im not sure if i helped or not i just wanted to let you know of my experience, you might see similar results.
