2k2 I35 sport edition with navigation
Does anyone have a 2k2 I35 sport edition wtih navigation and the bose system in it?
There is a 6 disc changer in the trunk and I want to put in an MP3 changer or replace the factory head unit. The factory bose is a single din, but it is oddly shaped and I called Metra and they dont have an install kit for it. So I figured I would replace the changer with an MP3 changer.
What changer will interface with the factory Bose and do you know if there is an install kit for an aftermarket H.U.?

I have the I35 Sports Package w\o the Navi. All I can tell you is what I have been told so far. The way the Bose system is setup in our vehicle is designed to work only with Bose equipment. Theres ways around this, but its nothing easy. You may need to check with your local Stereo Installation shop or Circuit City. So far nothing has been made that will allow us to add an MP3 changer.
