To determine which type of box will hit the hardest you need the T/S parameters that came with your speakers. If you can post these numbers it would help in determining which type of enclosure is reccommended. I agree with jmax, too many variables to determine a blanket answer. Some speakers will not do well in a ported/bandpass design at all.

General rule of thumb:
Sealed = Sound quality and tighter bass
Ported = Louder. Especially at the tuned frequency
Bandpass = More of a past fad. More of a boomy bass and not bad for Rap music.
I have always liked a large sealed box myself. It just depends on your personal preference.
