Panasonic Sirius gear work with kenwood radio

I'm thinking about replacing the ole bose system. Will my panasonic sirius gear work with a Kenwood head unit?

A Sirius ready Kenwood HU would need the Kenwood reciever for Sirius. The Panasonic will work if you use the FM modulator that came with it or get a Kenwood HU that has an aux input.

it would need a tuner, not receiver to work
