LCD monitors...
Hey org members!
I'm looking into getting a LCD monitor for my 97. I have started looking on etronics.com for monitors. Which of these brands is better, and why? Optiview, Legacy, Pyle, Farenheit, Starvision, Pyramid, or NESA. If you can help me any, please respond.
Thanks alot!

Farenheit is the best BRAND name from those.
But the name should not be what you are looking for. Check for screen resolution. Make sure they are 330000 pixels. Also make sure those are TFT-LCD and not STN !!

Dude check Crutchfield. They have a Alpine screen for $600, I just bought it and I am very satisfied. The brands you mentioned are ok, but over time the quality is at best alright. I saved money by purchasing my DVD/CD player from pyle off of Etronics, $200, I have heard it skips when you hit bumps, we'll see, if it was designed for the car it should have skip protection. The CVA-1003(my Alpine screen) is a good head unit tho, if I have to buy a better (and more expensive) dvd/CD player, so be it.
