i have an 89 max and want to replace the front speakers, which are 4x6's. My amp sends 75 rms to each speaker and 150 peak to each. i have looked on crutchfield, but havent found 4x6 speakers that can handle the power. does anyone knw of any model or website that can meet those specs?
if not, can you put 6x9s in the 4x6 spot? is it a pain in the ***?

 

You could fit 5.25s into there with minimal modification.

 

If you're interested I actually have some Infinity Kappa 4x6 plates. Never used. I'm willing to sell em to ya.

 

If u don't mind doing a little cuting, you can fit 6.5 in the front pods.

 

Make some pods man, no cutting needed to the interia then.
