my bose HU cd player stopped working in my 95. i am always playing burned cds, but the fm works fine. it recognizes the cd, but doesn't play. should i try a cd player cleaning kit? or can i replace my bose hu with another bose hu off a new model?

Try cleaning it with a CD player cleaning kit. That helped alot when mine started giving me frequent "Err" messages when I tried to play burned CDs.
