power wire...

power wire...

when i hook up my power wire for my subs to the battery sometimes it sends power to the amp sometimes not..
where on the battery did everyone else but there power wire

Did you verify this with a voltmeter, because I doubt there is an intermittent connection if you are hooking your battery directly to your amp (with serial fuse). More than likely, it may be the "remote amp" signal that you are having a problem with.

I agree with Mishmosh. I would get a voltmeter and check voltages on the amp as this is happening. Then you can see if you are loosing the voltage. It could also be a loose/bad ground. If you grounded to a bolt that has paint underneath, it may not be making a good cannection also. As this problem is accurring, try mearuring for +12V on the screws for the power and remote on the amp itself and see if you are loosing voltage. Good luck.
