i was just looking around and saw some Visonik 12" DVC Subwoofer 2500 Watts Max for like list of $562 for like$239 just wondering if these are quality at all. thanks.

I did a quick Google search and found a lot of sites selling these and 1 review. Tom Nusaine gave it good marks and he really knows his bass. On the downside, I could not find a home page for this company or an T/S parameters for any of the drivers. Both of those lead me to believe that this is a cheap imported speaker that looks good and performs adequately.

Alternatives are any of the big name companies like JL, RF, etc. Or you could go with some lesser names that will give you great performance for a good price. Adire Audio (Shiva, DPL 12 or Brahma 12"), Dayton (DVC 12", DSQ or Quattro 12) or Stryke (AV12 or SAE1204) are all available at Acoustic-visions.com. Resonant Engineering and Elemental Designs are also really good. If you go with any of these, they will be built in the US from one of three build houses (TC Sounds, Destijl Engineering or Eminence).
