A buddy of mine just bought 2 12 inch W3V2's...They bump really nice...He bought a 500/1 jl audio amp for it and it sounds nice..Depending on what you have to spend the 350 would be sufficient..Otherwise go with the 450...I believe they can hold up to 500watt max...

Those are good speakers. They love power. The more the better. You ought to get a JBL BP600.1. They are good amps and cheap.

No thats perfect from my experience. A friend of mine even had a RF 800.2 hooked to two W3s and didn't damage them. This guy BUMPS his system all day and they held up until he upgraded. With only 600 watts and thw W6s you won't have a problem.

To address another issue, it is better on the speakers to have a 600 watt amp like the BP600 and turn the gain down than to have a 450watt amp that you have to have the gain way up to push them. The higher the gain, the higher the potential for distortion and clipping.
ok my question is will the RF 451s (450 watts RMS x 1 bridged output at 4 ohms) will do? I like Rockford fosgate amps because they DO have the remote to control the bass.
Does rockford make 500x1 amps?

I am not saying that there are not better amps out there, but I know for a fact that the BP600.1 will push most speakers very well.

I did some research and now i think i might be getting a JBL 600.1
The problem is that i think it is 600x1 at 2 ohms and 300x1 at 4 ohms. Now...i have already bought a 12" W6v2, and it says 4 OHMS ONLY. So if i DO get the JBL amp, it will just bump 300 rms....which isnt too much.
What should i do? or is the W6v2 can even be stable at 2 ohms?

You will have no problem with a new W6. I have been an installer for 12 years, and these are the best subs you can buy without breaking the bank. I also have a 99, and the best way to set this up would be to build a box that fires through the ski hole, with a slot loaded port above the sub, coming into the cabin. Don't waste your money on one of those rockford fosgate amps. Stay with JL for power. The JL amps have a lot more control, (subsonic filter), to run a ported box right. If you get a qualified installer to do the install, you will have no problem running the JL1000/1 if you wanted to. But at least run the sub with the JL500/1. It is only as good as it is installed.

I've heard that running JL subs with JL amps is the way to go, but that's just what I heard. What I know for a fact is that you should never run an amp at it's maximum level. It's always important to have an amp that can handle the sub, not a sub that can handle the amp. You should have an amp that you would be happy turning up only 3/4 of the way. My amp is powerful enough to blow my sub, and I think of this as a good thing, because I know that I won't be over-driving my amp. Suggest you do the same thing. Arc makes awesome amps, I would recommend them fully. Let us know what you go with and how much you end up paying.
