Location of A/C Unit
Has anyone attempted to connect the factory air conditioning controls to another spot in a 5th Gen Max. This would free up an extra DIN space allowing both a screen and a DVD/MP3 Receiver. I was considering taking out the ashtray and inverting some of the controls vertically. I've also heard rumors that someone is currently looking at putting his controls in the cupholder position. Any help or direction is greatly appreciated. Thanks.

in the ashtray? no way its going to fit! i'll most likely be putting mine in my glovebox
