Getto setup

I have an auxilary hook up on my reciever, so i have hooked it up to my portable minidisk player, with it wired into the bin under the headunit. It works well, and I also hooked it up to the batery so I wont need bateries all the time. Plus I can unhook it any time, and just take it with me.

I think you can still get the Sony MD player, and they're the only car MD player I know of. Visit crutchfield.com, they're probably the place to start.

Me, personally... I'm holding out for more MP3 options

Good luck!

They start at about $280

for the Sony entry level... The more expensive ones just have features such as DSP HX... most of it not really necessary. The older generations had problems (I had an MDX-U1) sometimes... My new unit hasn't given me any problems (it's been about 7-8 months)... I still haven't figured out the VOICE COMMAND yet...LOL

There are a few other companys that also make car MD units... Alpine, Kenwood, etc...
