Rear Components...To do..or not to do?

What do you think? Should I install rear components or rear coax's? Has anyone installed components in the front and rear and have anything to say about the sound. I definetly want to have some highs in the back, but I didn't know if having components might make it almost too much? Any opinions are appreciated. Thanks.

If you are concerned about imagine on your system, then install Coax and have the gain on the amp lower than the front.

do coaxs. you really want the sound coming from in front of you, so the rears are there just for fill. Think of surround sound...most of the sound is in front of you and little behind you. Your car should be the same way. Use coaxs and set the gain a little lower than the front, like mentioned above.

go back and read my thoughts on rear components. If you do it correctly they are 100 times better than coax's ever thought about being.

Put Kicker 6mb in there. You don't want the high's to come from behind you. They will ruin a good soundstage up front. Mid bass drivers will also help blend any subs you put in there to the front of the car better.

I have all Ample Audio 6500 components in the car...two pairs...one in front and one in back dash...I love the sound and am not concerned with over doing it at all cause the two 10's add the depth needed to offset the hi's in the rear enough...

but the sounds when I have the amp low and playing variety of music like Eric Clapton live for example,,,sounds awesome...

I have pics on my webpage page#2 if you are interested in how the tweeters were placed in front and back.
