Regardint anti theft stock alarm, and aftermarket alarm

I just got my CrimeStopper CS 2015FM alarm installed, everythings working fine except for one thing. When I unlock my door/doors with the remote the factory alarm goes off, I thought the reasonable thing would be to pull the "ANTI THEFT" Fuse "7.5A" from under the hood, now heres the thing, our cars have 2 horns, an A horn, and a B Horn, one by the radiator support, one near the left of the engine. Only ONE OF THE HORNS WORKS with the fuse out is this normal, how can I go around this I want both horns to work, secondly my car has the system where you put in the key, turn it once unlocks my door, turn it again unlocks all the other doors, I had to program the remote the same way to second out 2 pulses, thus making me hit the unlock button about 3 times to unlock all the doors. Secondly when I pull the key out of the ignition, only my door unlock but not all the others what can also be done about this? Thanks...
