Vibrations

I have 2 Pioneer Premier 12 DVC's with about 500w to each. My rear bumper cover vibrates and so does the spoiler...BAD. I have already "foamed" the trunk lid. Any suggestions??

Thanks

you should use some Dynamat or go to Lowes and get you some Peel-N-Seal for your trunk.

I just recently delt with this. I used Peel and Seal on my entire trunk. BTW, its found in the roofing section at Lowes. The price was $12.47 for 25 ft by 6in width. It reduced my rattle alot, but my bumper was still dancing. What I did was take an old t-shirt and cut it in half, rolled it up, and stuffed it inside the bumper between the foam and the metal. I used one piece on each side and it solved the problem. I dont have a solution for the spoiler yet. Hope it was some help.

HI, me and my friend just did his car. His rear deck inside the car was vibrating alot.

For your problem i would strip the entire trunk, take out all the carpet and carpeted looking walls until you see the metal, do the same thing to the trunk lid. The use dynamat xtreme and cover the entire area. You WILL notice a difference.

PS you can use something called tsunami untimate or somethiing like that, they sell it at Circuit city and it cost like 1/2 the price of dynamat xtreme. ::ONT GET THE ****TY DYNAMAT, GET THE STUFF WITH THE FOIL ON ONE SIDE AND TAR LIKE SUBSTANCE ON THE OTHER.

One other thing::wear gloves when u put in the dynamat, it cuts you badly and it doesnt seem like it would.
