I tried to find a thread with someone with a Bose system that installed a Basslink but couldn't find one and I needed a few questions answered so I started a new thread.

I have a 2002 Max with the Bose. I'm pretty happy with but could use a little more bass. Has anyone installed one with a Bose system and I just wanted to know.

Did you need an adapter?

Did you keep you factory sub in place or take it out?

If no adapter was needed which wires did you tap into?

Are you satisfied with the output?

I'm not looking to rattle my rear view mirror off or be heard two miles away, I just want a little extra bass.
