Alpine or Xtant for Mids/Highs

How would you decide which Amp to get for your front components and rear fill? (4 channel)

or

The Alpine is a 2003 model and I heard they are awesome, but I've heard a lot of good things about Xtant, specifically, it being one of the best Amp brands on the market, even though this amp is a 2002, it might still be just as awesome. Both are similar in price and power and features, so how is one to decide??? Flip a coin?

decisions decisions

If you reply, please explain WHY..

Thanks in advance for your input...

Re: Alpine or Xtant for Mids/Highs

Alpine, I have owned 2 xtant amps. Both installed by Proffesionals. Both blew. I had a four channel, I forget the part#, and a 1001D. Both dead. I buy all Alpine now. Chris

Trail and error..most sites on the web go for one brand because thats what they like..but the only way to find out is to buy it,and then buy again untill you find whats works for you best, not some one else that claims some other brand is better.
