double din in dash screen options

besides the microvision screen that redmax sells, are there any other screens that fit flush into a double din compartment?

So whats the deal man, you find anything similar to the 2k3 NAVI setup. I want the Indash Double din LCD display with all the other goodies dvd/radio/mp3/ . THere has to be something else than Rosen.

dJones, thanks but not exactly what i had in mind. the reason non popping out screens appeal to me is they look a lot more stock and clean (IMO) than the ones that move/pop out/tilt/whatever. i don't mind having a screen like the 7" microvision taking up the double din w/ a good headunit (w/ dvd/mp3/cdrw capability) in the single din unit that is normally the drawer. i was just wondering if there were other options for screens which fit cleanly in the double din other than the microvision screen, of that's one of a kind for us maxima owners.
