Sub its gonna be Audiobahn two 12' (Alum12Q) - 1000 RMS
and the amp of my choice is Legacy (LA2060) - its a 2 channel 2000 watts so 1000 watts for 1 channel each...
or
Audiobahn two 10's (Alum10Q) - 800 RMS
and the amp of this one its gonna be Legacy (LA1470) - its a 2 channel 1600 watts so its 800 watts for 1 channel each...
and another question is should i get a enclosure or bandpass... its because my friend told me that bandpass looks better and also my friend also told me that it sounds better with 10's... so let me hear back from u guys fellow MAXIMA owners!!1

Dude, slow down. First off, next time try posting with a better title. Second, be aware that those wattages on those amps are max power, not RMS, so they are not a true measure of what your amp will be sendign to your subs.
Lastly, A bandpass box IS an enclosure. And who really cares how it looks- you want it to sound good. I would do the sealed box option, myself.

Patrick, you put it nicely as far as the wattages...
maxima85:you will not get even close to those power ratings from THOSE amps, they are a glorified name for Pyramid, if you are lucky you may get about 3-400 legit watts from them. Not flaming, just stating facts..

I hate the "my friend " post...How come the "friend" never knows anything either.
But heres the help. Anything can be made to look good. Sealed or ported are the most popular choices, both have advatages and disadvatages. I like sealed usally.
Stop beliveing the advertising of companys. That amp is garage...sorry it just is.
Good sub amp combo usally retail will cost 600 or up. Maybe less deals can be had.
Here is where you start.
Go to many shops. Small and large...Avoid Circuit city. Listen to everything...Be an *******, bring 2 cd's to make them play. Then take a few days to think about them all. Then pick. Lead your friend out in the woods, and kick him in the nuts and walk off.

YES !
You also want a sealed or ported for your setup. For you I would do sealed. Why you might ask? Because a sub will sound like **** in a porter or bandpass encolure that is not made specifically for that sub while a sealed is more forgiving.
