Hi guys. I'm need help. I need to know where the Amp is to my audio system. I couldn't find it anywhere. Are the Bose speakers self amplified? Also, any of you know how to take off a steering wheel. I got the newer wheel and don't have a clue on how to take it off. ANy help would be great, thanks!

the Bose amps are located on the speakers take the speakers out and you'll see amps attached to each one of them

Actually the 2000+ up Maximas w/Bose have the amplifier below the rear deck. Pop the trunk & look under the rear deck on the right... That's the main amp for the 4-speakers. The woofer has it's own amp integrated under the woofer.

I think you are mistaken on that. From my understanding, only the 2k2 had the single amp. I think the earlier years have individual amps on all speakers.

yup sorry i'm talking abuot 4th gens but yea i think all 5th gens have a single amp... i can ask the expert
