Bose Stereo ?
Bose Stereo ?
Hey guys, I got a 96 se with the bose radio. Anyway i have been getting poor reception pretty much everywhere and never had this happen w/ any stereo before. Has anyone else experienced this problem? Could it be the head unit, or the power antenna?
Thanks
Thanks
i read somewhere that the bose system uses two antenna's. the power up/down one and another that is embedded in the rear glass. The stereo figures out which has the strongest signal and uses it. Not sure if that is of any help, but whatever.

More than likely power antenna.... does it go up, cause my antenna is broken but the motor inside work so I get good reception on FM but half decent on AM.
