Just like trunks? Is it possible? It'd be VERY easy to do it that way rather than gettin in the cabin.

its possible, but a lot more work then you think. You would need a solenoid, a new locking mechanism. hmmm....... ideas

 

WHY?

 

Well you have a couple of issue's. One, the pressure required to open the hood is alot more than the pressure that is needed to open the trunk. Secondly, you would need to make a custom bracket that would allow the hood to open via a remote and the lever. (What would you do if your battery died.) Three, designing this kind of braket would take some hardcore engineering. The answer, YES anything could be done with enough time, money, and dedication. But you must ask yourself if a remote hood release is really worth that much work.
