Visit your local Best Buy/ Circuit City / whatever!!!

Make sure a big shop installs it. Buy something that you won't have a headache with, like Viper.

Are you installing it yourself? What features are you looking for? I know a shop that does Crimestopper. He loves them...customers rarely come back to get something fixed. Bang for buck, they're good.

The only reason I'd stay away from Viper/Clifford, etc is cuz they're so popular everybody knows how to hack them. Otherwise, great quality, great range, u just pay up the booty

Definitely check out some local installers and their workmanship. www.the12volt.com is a great place to learn and ask questions.

Why a "Big" store"? They are usually the ones more prone to doing a sloppy job.
