No. There is a double din cassette/cd player that was from bose, but if you have a non bose deck now, it won't work. There aren't many single din combo units on the market. Just buy a new cd player and call it a day. None of the old cd players will play cd-r/rw/mp3, so just get a good aftermarket unit. Oh, can you remind me....what does a cassette look like???

 

No there is not one, There are double din decks that are both Bose and non Bose though.

A single "din" is the sizer of the radio. Most comonly aftermarket radio size is single din unless otherwise specified.
