all of a sudden today my keyless entry just stopped working. i have a 96 GLE with the nissan keyless entry system that opens the trunk, the windows, and has the panic noise. has anyone had a similar problem. and is there just a fuse that i could replace to fix this problem.

have you checked batteries on remote?

 

yeah the batteries are fine. somebody said that the unit that controls everything is in the trunk near the jack and if it got wet it would break it. is there any fuses that could have blown.
