speaker prob (dont move no one looks in audio forums)

i posted this before but no one even looks at audio so im never gonna get a respone in there. sorry please dont delete this.

i have a 95 nissan maxima 5 speed 80,000 miles on it with bose single disc cd system

driving to school this morning and not blasting the music cuz i hate loud music that early, anyways i get back to my car after school and my left speakers, front and back are pretty much out. if i turn my balance all the way to the left, u get some music but it is like 80% static noise.

the weird thing is the left speakers work for radio am/fm. i tried all my cds, they have the same effect, burned/retail and new/old. please help me!!!

I'm pretty sure that is what happened to my bose in my 95. The radio worked fine, but the cd player kept doing weird shi!t. I just gave up and replaced it.

sometimes with aftermarket speakers (i know the bose is stock) they randomly just cut out. most of the time this doesnt happen but if it does i usually tell people to disconnect the negative battery terminal for about a minute and then reconnect and try the radio. your speakers still get some sound so i dont if that will work, but it has worked in the past in my experience.

How would that make sense 'MaximaSE96' if he blew the amps or the speakers, then ALL music would be messed up, regardless of if it was radio or cd. The problem is a blown Bose head unit, it happens all the time on 5th gens with the left front speaker cutting in and out in cds and playing fine in radio.
