First turn the gains on the amp a little less than half way, this way if the amp does start working when you're playing around with it, the speakers will not pop, or the amp will not get damaged.

Did you verify you have a good signal being inputted into the amp?
Are you using all 4 channels?
If so you are probably running components or coax?

Also check my reply HERE to troubleshooting your amp. Look about half way down the page.

Time to break out the Multimeter, check all fuses and also check that you are getting voltage on the Remote turn-on lead and the power wire. Take the negative side of the multimeter and put it on the negative wire of the amp, then with your HU on take the positive and put in on the remote wire should be reading around 13.5V and also on the power wire. If you do not get any voltage, then take the negate lead of the multimeter and put in on the chassis ground and check for voltage again. Obviously this is hoping you have access to a multimeter. It could just be a blown fuse. Let me know.

Legacy is not known for quality. I wouldn't be surprised if it's just fried. Good luck trying to get them to cover it under warranty.
