MA Audio products any good?

I have this particular combo in mind..
http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll...category=18796

pros? cons? comments?
I would love to spend as little as possible and get a nice tight bass without distortion that won't overpower my speakers (will eventually add an amp to the speakers as well)

Simply put......No. Ever heard of the Company called Mobile Authority? Same crap, everyone knew so they changed their name to MA Audio. It is pretty much Kmart/flea type of stuff.

what subs would you reccomend then? I'm thinking 2 10" would be great for me... Infinity 1030W or 1032W maybe?

think I decided on a JBL BP600.1 amp

would this amp be better with the Infinity 1030W or 1230W subs?

I would recommend the Kicker CompVR subs. Very clean and hit very hard. Can be purchased for around $90 each at www.ikesound.com

Spend the extra couple bucks and get them from an Authorized dealer. At least youll have the piece of mind of a warranty. Especially on the easiest part of a system to blow.

I might be jumping into a flame war here but I feel I should drop my $0.02...

MA Audio =! Mobile Authority.
Also its not really a 'flea market brand'. I sell MA Audio and they are tough despite some of comments above.

I own the MA2582HX(2002 models) which is rated at 1x1300w rms @ 1ohm and let me tell you, it doesn't play.

Cost me a good penny too, $320 dealer price.
I dont wanna start a flame war or anything but MA Audio Subs/Amps are good quality and NOTHING compared to flea market brands that advertise 2500watts rms at $75. Below is a few more pics from another setup...

I just feel MA Audio is under estimated just because its not widespread among the popular brands. There is gold in the dirt people.... My $0.02....

BTW: I dont mean to offend anyone, everyone has there opinions =\

I would be the last one to flame you for your opinion, if you like it thats great. But typically speaker when buying an amp you would expect to pay about a dollar a watt +/- for anything reputable. I have worked with MA before and it wasnt to my liking or comparable to most of the other companies I deal with (ie: DA,PG,Eclipse,Memphis,Kicker,etc..).
