remove the panel on the air vent area

I try to remove the panel on the air vent area and worry that I may break that plastic piece. How do you do it?

’97 4th gen.

I used a trim removal tool.

not on the air vent, i mean the panel around the air vent. thanks.

sorry, the correct term is the Air Duct Panel that is the one that is difficult to remove. HELP.
