I was wondering if these monitors will fit in my 2000 maxima's headrests.

Per Crutchfield here are the demensions. If you can have someone else that has monitors installed into their headrests, you could get their model and compare the demensions.

5.8" wide screen (16:9) monitor
6-5-16"W x 3-11/16"H x 1-3/16"D
