blown fuse

I have a problem. My fuse for my parking lights/dashlights/interior console lights/park indicator light/fog lights keeps blowing every time I turn the switch for the parking lights. Ive checked the audio wires those are fine. Could corrosion on a light bulb connector cause a shortage or spike in polarity and cause the fuse to blow all the time? Please help. Whats the difference between a short and an overload? what happens in the event of each one? And what could cause these things to happen? Help.

Ive disconnected my aftermarket fogs after that happened
