Added subs to bose, subs not working.

Added subs to bose, subs not working.
Alright i installed my sub to my bose, used the speaker level converter and taped off the rear speakers. Went to test the subs and they didnt work, the amp is under power but there is not noise coming from the subs. Whats going on?... anybody have a suggestion?
