PPL with alarms- basic question

just a quick question to those with any alarm- where did they mount the sirene? Im trying to visualize where it would be mounted beforehand because im very picky on the placement of things and if it doesnt look good, I get upset

Where is the "ideal" location? I want to know so I can tell the installers where I want to put it since I think that they would probably stick it in the fastest, easiest location to install it to get it done.

one more thing, where do they usually mount the brain? I got alot of stuff- MEVI/nitrous wiring and components and all that in the way and all so I dont want them to mess with that stuff.

The ideal location is somewhere you can't get to it easy yet it's fully able to be as loud as possible. I suggest you look around and try and come up with somthing different and then keep it to your self, that will keep crooks from just cutting it.

Normally the brain just goes right under the driver dash. Again same thing here, look to other spots, harder spots.

I usually mount them high on the center of the firewall, right near the VIN
