Ive been out of car audio for a while but right now i have 2 exact 12's powered by a rubicon 702.....all of it is around 5 years old and the subs are on there way out. the amp is still good but i want a single sub solution. the amp puts out plenty of power at 2ohm mono so i will looking for a single 12'' dual 4 ohm sub that would bang nicely in a small sealed enclosure so i can get my trunk space back. any help would be appreciated. by the way i was looking at IDQ 12d4 and some a/d/s/ and nakamicihi stuff

p.s. im more into sound quality than losing my hearing

Hey '97, Try a Digital Designs 9112, it's not as expensive as you might think by looking at it on the webpage 'ddaudio.com' and that company just doesn't know how to make light-duty ****, their woofers are rock solid, heavy duty serious performers, not like so many BS brands out there, DD is the ****!! - They throw a mile (well, 1/4 mile anyway) and hit hard clean and fast - check 'm out!
