Taking BOSE Head Unit out ??

I have a 96 max with BOSE and I have a 99 BOSE head unit coming in the mail...how hard is it going to be to take out the original Head Unit and put this one in ??

I heard that the Mounting screws are really tight when you get to them, any advise to putting them back in (power drill) ??

Any tricks i should know before I tackle this ??

I have done this on my 90 Maxima and let me say that it is a pain at least on mine. I would definately recomend making sure you have a phillips that is the exact size for the screw. I had some heavy duty craftsmen screwdrivers and I just put the radio on the ground sideways and put all my bodys weight on the screw driver and managed to get out like 3 of the 4 (had to drill that one out cuz I used too small of a screw driver and stripped the top). I would say just be prepared to drill it out of you have to but if you take your time, should be set.
