Should i wre sub parallel or series??

i just got my solobaric L7 and i want to know if its beter to wire a up in series or in parellel, if i wire it in parellel it will be a 2 ohm load, if i wire it in series it will be 8 ohm load. My uess is parellel but im not sure .My l5's were wires in series so i left um the way i bought them. Does anyone recomende either way??

that's not the right question. the better question is what does your amp power and at what resistance. it's more thanl ikely that it will not power 8ohms very well. the lower the resistance, the more power you are producing. look up the specs of your amp. it will say xxxwatts @ xxohms. whatever it powers at 2ohms, that's the power you are sending to it. if you wire it at 8ohms, then the wattage will be much much much lower.

as an example. my tdx subs are dual 4ohm subs. in parallel, the sub is at 2ohms.
my amp powers 1200watts @ 1ohm. so what i did was get a second tdx sub, wired that to 2 ohms as well, and then i paralleled the subs together. that brought the total resistance down to 1ohm. that gives 600watts to each sub.
