http://www.mcmaster.com $12.70 per 12 sq. ft. roll. Exact same as dynamat original for 5 times less. Email me for more info and also visit my website.

It's verry hard to sound proof a car without the right stuff.
But if you are on a budget then use lots and lots of tape to hold thing's in place and stop them from ratteling.
That's what I did in my verry first car, and it worked quite well. Although I don't think it would work for a car with a good system in it.

Check out the spray Dynamat. I used it and it much easier than conventional stuff that you have to heat with a heat gun and roll into place. If you don't roll it properly it will peal and than it was all a waste of time A can should cover about half of your trunk depending upon how much you plan on convering. I think the can sell for about $10, 2 should do it. HOWEVER be very careful!!! Over spray is very easy to get on the car, it will come off with a clay bar but easier to avoid it. Another inexpensive alternative is rubberized undercar spray or chassie spray. I bought a can of that for about $6 and it does the same thing! Good luck
