Pop when I turn off CD player, or when the volume is up

I get a popping noise from my new Pioneers when I shutoff the unit or when the Bass and volume is turned up very high. Could this be because of a bad ground (i have it grounded with the ground from the bose...the manual said to ground it on the chasis)

The ground with the bose doesnt exist. If you look at the factory plug, where ground should be it is blank. Run a ground directly below and either to the left or right there will be 10mm nuts. Take one off and ground there.

Could that be why there is a popping noise?
