STREETGLOW TRANSFORMER WHEN BAD! help!

Hey guys i was just about to install my 9" Streetglow mini accents under my dash and I was testing it before I cut the adapter and mounted it to my switches... next think you no bam! the right output/input stopped working. The neons work fine, just that side doesnt work. So for the time being i switched them out with my 6" transformer... however I need to get the other one replaced. I originally purchased the neons from sounddomain. What can I do? I know this is covered under waranty. Also, I dont want to wait a week or two, can I just run to tweeter, buy there neons switch them out with the transformer and take it back and say hey it didn't work, gimme a refund??? Plz help me out fellas! thanks

All im saying is it would be ALOT easier vs getting a RA number from streetglow. Im just taking what is mine. Its not like me spilling coke on it.. buying a sg kit and switching out the insides of the transformer. It was SG's messup.. not mine.. I had nothing to do with the transformer breaking. ya no?

I understand what your saying about you not having anything to do with it breaking, but neither did Tweeter. So then they get stuck with a bad one that they need to replace because you didnt feel like waiting to go through the proper channels. I am not in anyway flaming, but being a business owner myself I know how this works and feels.

No problem, and again I was flaming or trying to insult anyone, just trying to get a point across. Im sure weve all been in your situation or something similiar to it at one point or another.
