Connecting a CD changer to Bose, Connector?

I have seen this single DIM in dash CD changer from Nissan on ebay and I was wondering if it was compatable with the Bose system??? I was thinking of putting it in the pocket that is under my Bose HU.

My MAIN question is this, I was cleaning out my trunk today and I opened the compartment on the right that holds the car jack, and parts and I saw this white connector that wasnt connected to anything. I thought it had to do with the power antenna so I looked for a plug to connect it to but nothing. Is this white connector for a factory CD changer??
